Oats Honey Cookies

Easy, quick and healthy cookies wholefood recipe. Great for baking with children.

Oats Honey Cookies
  • 125g butter
  • 280g oats
  • 50g ground almonds
  • 50g cocos
  • 120g honey
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 pinch of salt
Turn on the oven on 175 degrees Celsius.
  1. Melt the butter. Mix oats, almonds and cocos. Add the melted butter, mix together and put aside for about 10-15 minutes. You can use this time for the next step and for laying the baking paper on the tray.
  2. Mix honey with eggs, baking powder and salt. Add to the oats nuts mix and combine.
  3. Put a little portions on a baking paper and bake for about 12-15 minutes till ready
