Banana And Lime Jam Recipe
- 3 whole limes, skin included, cut into tiny pieces
- 12 middle size bananas, peeled and cut into small pieces
- 2 cups of raw sugar
- 1 cup of water
Add water to the sugar, mix it through. Melt the sugar on low/medium heat steering in between so it does not burn on. Add the limes and bananas and simmer on low heat until ready stirring in between. You can blitz it or mash it with potato masher.
Fill into the prepared jars and close immediately. Keep in the pantry for up to 6 months.
